Cupping Massage: Using an ancient Chinese technique, cupping provides gentle suction to pull, rather than push, debris out of injured muscle tissue. It increases lymph flow and promotes better fluid movement. *NOTE: This service will leave marks called, "cup kisses" that may last over a week. Multiple sessions are also recommended until proper flow is restored.

Warm Stone Massage: Using the healing properties of nature, warm stone massage uses heat to penetrate deep into the muscle tissue and is accompanied by a gliding massage.
